This comparison identifies the games; it does not rank them by popularity, payout or likelihood of winning. Similar artwork and the same number of lines are not enough to establish identical rules.
Fortune Gems 2: look for the Lucky Wheel
JILI’s second entry keeps a line-based format and adds a Scatter-related wheel feature. Its description also identifies a multiplier reel at the side. These are useful labels when checking whether a catalogue has opened the correct numbered game.
In the information panel, read the wheel’s eligibility and the role of the multiplier separately. A wheel animation and a line result may represent different parts of a round. An article summary cannot replace the exact rules shown by the version in use.
Fortune Gems 3: look for symbol splitting
JILI’s third entry lists a compact 3×3 board, five lines and a symbol-split feature. This is a different identifying mechanic from the second game’s wheel-focused description.
Read how the game treats a split symbol, how it evaluates a qualifying combination, and when a multiplier applies. Do not transfer a feature trigger from Fortune Gems 2 simply because the gem symbols look familiar.
A practical way to avoid the wrong version
- Read the number. Fortune Gems, Fortune Gems 2 and Fortune Gems 3 are different labels.
- Read the publisher. Use it together with the full title, not as a substitute for it.
- Open the rules. Check for the distinctive mechanic described above.
- Check the source date. A publisher article and a platform installation can refer to different revisions.
If you want to compare the two, write down the full title, help-screen version, line format and named feature. That small record is more informative than comparing cover colours alone. This guide does not establish that both titles are currently present in XZ7’s catalogue.
For another format, see the Super Ace ways explanation. For the complete selection, return to the twelve-game comparison.
Fortune Gems comparison questions
Are Fortune Gems 2 and Fortune Gems 3 the same game?
No. They have separate publisher entries and different named features. The number is part of the game’s identity.
Which version is better?
This guide does not award a winner. Use the differences to understand the rules; appearance or a feature name cannot predict an individual result.
Does a five-line format make the games identical?
No. A line count describes one aspect of the format. Features, symbols and the live version’s rules may still differ.
Does Play Now open the selected version directly?
No. It opens the XZ7 browser entry. Use the full game title and publisher to check the destination’s current catalogue.
